|Recommended: YesPeaceful Place To Call Home — Most employees create accounts to leave reviews, I on the other hand can speak boldly about our property. Going from just working here to now becoming a resident who is here at all times truly gives me a real insight to how The Renaissance is behind the scenes and beyond office hours. I was pleasantly pleased with how quiet it is Also I chose the B2 floor plan, and typically I show them empty and it obviously has plenty of storage and space but once I moved in and started to set up my new home I was even more pleased with the amount of space it had. Coming from a 3 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom apartment I was timid on just how I would make it work. But wow I was able to not only fit everything but have space left over as well I’m truly grateful I can give my honest feedback to anyone coming to see us as far as what it’s like to be an actual resident away from the desk side. I’ve lived in apartments before and this is by far my absolute favorite. It feels like a home. Something I wanted to make sure of for not only myself but my two children. I’ve always loved working here, but now I love living here too Call me biased, but I promise you that you will say the same after moving in for yourself.

Maintenance requests are handled quickly and reliably, which really gives peace of mind. The grounds are clean and well-maintained, making the community feel welcoming and cared for. The valet trash pickup is a lifesaver and adds so much convenience to daily living. Overall, it’s a well-run community and a great place to call home.
