|Recommended: YesVery Ideal And Perfect Place For Those Seeking Peaceful Community. — Very good location. Peaceful and quiet. Most residents are working in medical field. Clean and very nice units. The only thing there's not really a big space for a 1 bedroom. Maintenance are very attentive. Overall, I like to extend my lease here.

|Recommended: YesBest Complex In Amarillo — Everything is as described. People are good to work with, the grounds are kept in great shape and it is very quiet I have zero complaints and only good things to say. By far my best renting experience.

|Recommended: YesThis Is The Place To Be — I have lived in apartment complexes before. This has been BY FAR the best experience. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is friendly and courteous. They actually brought in a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed where they had been working WHO ELSE DOES THAT Maintenance issues or requests are PROMPTLY addressed. The property is gated and well lighted. I feel very safe here. As long as I will be living in an apartment in Amarillo, I do not want to live anywhere else.

|Recommended: YesClean And Nice Looking Apartments — Nice area, easy to find parking spaces. When I moved in, I did have to vacuum up some bugs at the bottom of the stairs but other than that, when I moved in, it was clean.
