|Recommended: YesA Pleasant, Convenient, Secure Place To Live — The Renaissance apartment complex is well-run. Staff and all employees strive to please the tenants. The gounds are well kept, apartments are well maintained by the maintenance crew AND the parking lot s are gated. Prospective tenants are screened and you will have pleasant, considerate neighbors.
|Recommended: YesBest Place Ever — we have lived here 3 1 2 years and it is awesome. the maintenance staff is always on the ball. we never have to wait long for them to complete our requests. the only thing bad is the owners keeps raising the rent and it is getting to be harder to stay. otherwise we are very happy.

Both Brittany Annie have been great The grounds are kept very clean and we were very pleased with the apartment at move in time, very clean These apartments have been well maintained and still look fairly new, very pleased with our choice to rent here 🤗
