The only thing there's not really a big space for a 1 bedroom. Maintenance are very attentive. Overall, I like to extend my lease here.

|Recommended: YesBest Complex In Amarillo — Everything is as described. People are good to work with, the grounds are kept in great shape and it is very quiet I have zero complaints and only good things to say. By far my best renting experience.

|Recommended: YesThis Is The Place To Be — I have lived in apartment complexes before. This has been BY FAR the best experience. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is friendly and courteous. They actually brought in a vacuum cleaner and vacuumed where they had been working WHO ELSE DOES THAT Maintenance issues or requests are PROMPTLY addressed. The property is gated and well lighted. I feel very safe here. As long as I will be living in an apartment in Amarillo, I do not want to live anywhere else.

|Recommended: YesClean And Nice Looking Apartments — Nice area, easy to find parking spaces. When I moved in, I did have to vacuum up some bugs at the bottom of the stairs but other than that, when I moved in, it was clean.

My only complaint is the fact that my grassy area in front of my door often smells like feces I work long hours and not home much so I don't know if it's the stray cat or neighborhood dogs that are walked around..causing this. I always recommend these apartments to my fellow medical workers looking for apartments.
|Recommended: YesFew Issues — It’s really a nice place to live but there needs to be covered parking available for buildings at the front of the apartments. The apartments facing Amarillo Blvd needs either double pane windows or a noise reduction insulation. The noise is as if you were living outside. When you go to voice a concern to the office, they act like they are listening but they never get back with you or answer your questions. 😞
